The gear is built to last. We stand behind every piece.
If your product fails because of a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it.

If it fails from use, time, or exposure, we’ll help you keep it in service however we can.

If it fails because of us. We’ll fix it!
If it fails because of life. We’ll still respect it!

Elastic Components

Our gear uses high-performance elastic materials built for flexibility and strength.
All elastic naturally wears out over time. Typically lasting 3 to 5 years under normal conditions.

A gradual loss of stretch or tension is normal and not considered a defect.
However, if an elastic component detaches, tears, or fails early due to a manufacturing issue, it’s fully covered under the Lunar Horizon Covenant Guarantee.

How to Make a Claim

Include:

            A short description of the issue.

            Photos of the item (front, back, top, and bottom).

            Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or verification by email).

            A brief note on how the issue occurred. We want to hear your story!

If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace your gear. If your model is no longer available, we’ll provide a comparable replacement.
